There has been so much wonderful new music from Australia in recent months, I just had to dust off our Australian Underground Spotify Playlist. Check out the new edition.

- Chassm have made some of the best heavy music I’ve heard in recent years
- Hiatus Kaiyote have absolutely killed it with their new release our jazzy/proggy future soul
- Raccoon City are bringing screamo / post-hardcore back in a big way
- SEIMS are back with an incredible new album
- I am so happy to hear new music from Alyx Dennison, who has been a long time favourite
- Cloud Tangle’s track has been in my mind for months at this point
PS: I am absolutely devastated by the latest news out of Afghanistan. I have been speaking to my Afghan friends inside and outside the country, and the situation looks bad. My musician friends are trying to leave the country. If you can, please make a donation to help victims of the Taliban.
