Featuring complex arrangements, plentiful polyrhythms, and a psychedelic edge, ‘Ankaa’ both expands and refines the style Serious Beak established on their acclaimed debut album ‘Huxwhukw’.
Tim Carr (We Lost The Sea, Adrift For days) returned to record and mix the new album, while Mell Dettmer (Earth, Sunn O))) was enlisted for mastering. Caitlin Hackett will once more lend her distinctive style to the album art.
